This is a recipe to get your mouth watering! Bacon, whisky and maple syrup.
You will need:
- 175g bacon
 - 350ml Canadian maple syrup
 - 40ml Teeling Whiskey.
 
To make:
- Cook 175g bacon to a crisp.
 - Crumble into small bits and add to a saucepan with 350ml Canadian maple syrup and 40ml Teeling Whiskey.
 - Stir on a low heat and bring to a simmer.
 - Then drizzle the syrup all over pancakes
