Some might say a paloma is the second best tequila drink in the world but it’s also the most loved drink in Mexico and they know their drinks! Our spicy version is super simple & comes together quickly.
No one will be upset when you crack a bottle of rosé at a BBQ & lucky for you, rosé goes with so, so many summer foods. Think seafood, BBQ’d courgette or eggplant, goats cheese, feta, tomatoes & avocado, as well as perfectly in season berries & cream.
This drink stems from the Brazillian Caipirinha, but gin is used in place of the traditional ‘cachaca.’ It’s super simple – the key is crushed ice with generous amounts of lime & mint.
There’s probably a million different ways to make a hard iced tea – switch up the fruit, use cold brew flavoured tea etc, but we’ll keep it classic & you can take it from there.
