Some might say a paloma is the second best tequila drink in the world but it’s also the most loved drink in Mexico and they know their drinks! Our spicy version is super simple & comes together quickly.  

You will need:

• 45ml tequila 
• 125ml grapefruit soda
• Sliced fresh jalepeno
• Fresh limes 
• Salt  

To make:

1. Wet the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, then dip in crushed flaky sea salt
2. Muddle 2 or 3 slices of fresh jalepenos in the bottom of the glass 
3. Fill glass with ice, then add the tequila & grapfruit soda
4. Garmish with fresh lime & more jalepeno
