Making your own crispy chicken has never been so simple, with a vodka twist!

You will need:

• Chicken drumsticks
• 2 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup cornflour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup vodka.

To make:

• Pat dry and coat chicken drumsticks with a mix of 1 tsp salt, ¼ cup cornflour, ½ tsp baking powder and air-dry.
• For the batter, mix ½ cup cornflour, ½ cup flour, ½ tsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt, whisk in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka.
• Coat chicken with the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown!
