Wither Hills Pinot Gris pairs perfectly with light meals, Asian inspired dishes and soft cheese and it’s especially good with pizza to share!
You will need:
- 4 x wild turkey sausages, cooked, sliced thinly
 - 2 oval pizza bases
 - ¼ cup pesto
 - 2 cup grated mozzarella
 - 100g cherry tomatoes
 - 2 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
 - 1 cup rocket leaves
 
To make:
- Preheat an oven to 180C.
 - Spread the pesto over the pizza bases. Sprinkle with cheese and dot over the cherry tomatoes. Add the sliced sausages.
 - Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
 - Serve with fresh rocket leaves and sprinkle over the pine nuts.
