You will need:
- 45ml Jim Beam Devil's Cut
- 20ml simple syrup
- Ice
- Soda Water
- 2-3 lemon wedges
- 6-8 mint leaves
To make:
- Pour Jim Beam Devil's Cut and simple syrup over crushed ice
- Squeeze the lemon wedges into the glass, then toss them in with bruised mint leaves (clap them in your hands) and a splash of soda water
- Stir & enjoy!
