You will need:
- 1 tbsp Klipdrift
 - 350gm chicken livers
 - 3 garlic cloves
 - 1 brown onion (quartered)
 - 1 tbsp thyme
 - 1 tbsp pepper
 - 250gm butter
 
To make:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chicken livers, brown onion, garlic, thyme and pepper. Add boiling water to cover the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes on medium - high
 - Transfer the ingredients to a mixing bowl. Add butter and mix ingredients into a smooth paste, add Klipdrift and mox for another 20 seconds
 - Place in the refridgerator until firm
