Our perfectly balanced Danish Pilsner beer is wonderfully crisp and refreshing, with a full flavour and a distinctive hoppy aroma.

Selected and blended with the greatest care, Chatelle Napoleon is aged in small oak barrels under the supervision of a master blender. This smooth, premium brandy offers a generous medley of fruit, spices and oak.

Chivas Regal 12YO is a blend of many different malt and grain Scotch whiskies, matured for at least 12 years. This rich, smooth blend combines style with substance and tradition. Round and creamy with a full, rich taste of honey and ripe apples, with vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch notes.

On the nose are aromas of roasted nuts, toasted brioche, subtle creaminess and a hint of smoke. This is a flavourful, multidimensional Chardonnay with a core of ripe stone fruit and fragrant citrus. The palate is supple and soft, with gentle acidity providing freshness and balance.

Rich plum and berry fruit is lifted by fragrant spice, violet and liquorice aromas. The palate is medium weight and supple with a long finish.

Appealing ripe pear, peach, rose water and ginger spice aromas are evident on the nose. On the palate the wine is lush and full bodied with a moderate level of sweetness, balanced by gentle acidity and a touch of ginger spice on the finish.

Bright raspberry and strawberry fruit aromas abound. On the palate the wine is fine textured and fleshy through the mid palate, finishing with a gentle sweetness, balanced by a crisp acidity and a lingering finish.

The aromatics are fresh and expressive with pink grapefruit, passionfruit, elderflower and gentle herbal notes with elements of richer tropical fruits. The palate is medium weight, gentle and fresh with excellent flavour persistence. This is complimented by underlying flinty and mineral notes.
