Down in Edinburgh of the South, they like to call a spade a spade. That's why Emerson's called their signature pale ale, Pale Ale. It has everything you want in a pale ale called Pale Ale - a blend of American hops give it the signature citrus flavour, and late dry hopping lends to a tropical fruit aroma. Or, as we say down here, it tastes good.
